I For Diversity was initially pitched as an internal brand film to highlight the company's unique and personal workforce. Supernormal worked with staff members from the CEO to retail staff to share a characteristic of each person that made them different. The film was received so well upon its internal launch that it was then rolled out as a customer-facing campaign across digital platforms.
